ESI and MWI have teamed up to offer high quality workplace and employment mediation services at discounted rates to ESI’s clients.

Benefits of Mediation:
The purpose of mediation is simple: to help employees and managers address and resolve disputes that cause stress, instability, and uncertainty. MWI offers a national panel of mediators to serve ESI’s clients to resolve disputes efficiently and economically.

Types of disputes to be mediated include:
• Workplace/Employment: any combination of disputes between employees and management, discrimination claims, harassment, and communication issues;
• Higher Education: student/student, student/faculty, faculty/faculty, inter and intradepartmental, pre-disciplinary matters concerning conduct and academic honesty;
• Other Types of Matters: please inquire

Free consultation: ESI Counselors, HR Directors and employees are welcome to contact MWI for a free consultation to find out if their matter is eligible for mediation.

Fee: There is a separate charge for mediation services. Given that MWI is an approved mediation provider for ESI, clients will receive 15% off of MWI’s standard rate. Please contact Josh for a proposal and quote.
