Enhancing Your Management Team – Training Programs
Peak Performance Personal & Professional Development – The ESI Training Center is a comprehensive employee development resource offering online training options designed to help employees grow and develop in both their work and personal lives. Thousands of trainings offer development resources to employees at all levels of the organization, from line staff and supervisors to middle and senior managers. Trainings range from micro-learning videos of just a few minutes to multi-part comprehensive courses. Trainings cover personal and professional development, leadership and management, customer sales and service, teamwork, IT and computer skills, workplace safety, , business skills, and more. New trainings are added each month.
Compliance Trainings – Several states have enacted legislation that requires employers to comply with state sexual harassment training regulations. ESI EAP offers state-specific online compliance trainings for New York, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Texas, Washington, Maine, and Delaware that comply with these requirements. We also offer trainings on Drug & Alcohol and Harassment Prevention trainings that are non-state specific, with versions for managers and for employees.
Peak Performance Coaching – These benefits include one-on-one telephonic coaching from Certified Coaches combined with structured, online trainings. Coaching is delivered by Masters or Ph.D. level Coaches in scheduled telephonic coaching sessions to review key concepts of the trainings and implementation of skills. Coaches use a solution-focused approach to improve current and future performance. Among the many available coaching programs are several geared to management issues, such as Effective Communication Coaching, Workplace Conflict Coaching, and Succeeding as a Supervisor Coaching.
Self-Help Resource Center Trainings – In addition to the Training Center and Coaching programs, we feature several other trainings in our Self-Help Center:
- Learning Centers – Every month, there is a new topical Learning Center on the front page of the member Self-Help Resource Center. Topics vary, covering both personal and professional topics, such as issues such as Building a Respectful Workplace, Conflict Management, Goal Setting, Burnout, Stress Management, Digital Wellness, and more. Learning Centers include a webinar along with related resources such as recommended podcasts, apps, books, assessments, and more.
- Webinars – On-demand, expert led webinars are archived and can be taken at any time.
On-site Trainings – ESI can also provide Onsite Training. Onsite training is scheduled in advance and takes place at the client site. A minimum of 15 attendees is required. Any associated fees are determined by the EAP contract.
